Charms and Kids: Charms make great gifts for children, either in 14KY gold or Sterling Silver, and can be worn around the neck on a chain, or on a charm bracelet.

Charms are a great way to teach your children the value of jewelry and how to care for it without risking a large investment, and are great fun as well as they are given on special occasions. Childrens Charm Bracelets: When buying a charm bracelet for a child, Mrs. Gottrocks recommends you purchase a full-length 7-inch or 8-inch bracelet, and that you have it cut down to suit their current wrist size, being sure to keep the links! Links can be added back onto the bracelet as the child grows, until the full size is restored. That way a childhood keepsake can be worn into adulthood. To make this process easier, make sure the bracelet you buy has solid links. Solid link bracelets are also much more durable, and will ensure that your child's bracelet has a longer wear life.
