Grower Fresh Shipping and Delivery

All Grower Direct flower selections are shipped direct from our greenhouses via overnight delivery service. Each order is securely packaged in an attractive, insulated gift box to ensure that only the freshest possible product arrives at its destination. Grower Direct flower selections are not available for delivery in Nunavut, or the Northwest and Yukon Territories.

• Review the delivery address and delivery date before submitting your order.
• Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders once they are submitted to the supplier.

Important Delivery Information

• Grower Fresh orders are delivered Tuesday through Saturday. There are no Sunday or Monday deliveries.
• A physical delivery address is required (no PO Boxes/RR addresses). Incorrect or incomplete delivery information will result in delays and increased shipping charges.
• Deliveries will be made to the address given. The courier may leave the package if they deem the area to be safe. We are not responsible for delivery to the intended recipient once the delivery has been made to the address specified.
• Ensure someone will be at the delivery location. Our couriers have scheduled routes; a delivery time cannot be guaranteed or requested. We are not responsible for deliveries to apartments, residential locations or businesses that cannot be completed due to the courier requiring a signature.
• Verify receiving policies/hours of operation prior to ordering when sending to a business (company, school, hospital, etc.). The delivery location should be aware there is a delivery scheduled on that particular day. We are not responsible if FedEx cannot deliver the package due to the business being closed.
• This is a perishable product! Incorrect or incomplete information will result in delays. It is the sender`s responsibility to cover the cost of any reshipped products if we are provided with incorrect or incomplete recipient address information.

Compare Florist Arranged Deliveries and Grower Fresh Deliveries:

Florist Arranged Available for Same Day delivery. Delivered already arranged in a vase. Recommended for a funeral home or hospital as product is delivered arranged. Includes gift message to the recipient. Florist will generally call to ensure that the recipient is available to accept the delivery. Hand delivered by local florist in recipient's area. Monday to Saturday delivery available to most locations.

Grower Fresh Freshest cut flowers shipped overnight direct from our greenhouses. Delivered in an elegant gift box. Less expensive. Available for Next Day delivery. Includes a complimentary high quality gift card. Available with vase and/or chocolate add-ons. Tuesday to Saturday delivery available to most locations.
